Then look for the "Map" tab on the upper left corner of the page. Click "Layer List" icon and then select "Cities". If the property is within the city boundaries, please call that city to report your complaint. Otherwise, please continue to the form below if you're located in the unincorporated County area.

  • Fax the completed, signed form to (805) 654-5177

  • Mail the completed, signed form to: Code Compliance Division, 800 S. Victoria Ave, L #1750, Ventura, CA 93009

  • Drop off the completed, signed form at the Code Compliance Division public counter in the Hall of Administration, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm
